A good choice of options, outstanding food. Good-sized and bright unit with clean towels, beds properly made, as example. Beautiful and amazing location of the hotel, so close to the restaurant, the beautiful surroundings and an old pub that customers had been smoking in for years and staff had been trying to disguise the stench poorly. Also, high on the hill.
Beds were too soft.

Hotel Staff were very welcoming and offered us a choice of rooms on arrival. We decided to have dinner in the hotel and food was very good with generous portions. The rooms were nicely decorated, clean and the bed was comfy. The breakfast staff were really friendly and the full Scottish was very nice. The hotel is on a quiet road with plenty of on road parking with no restrictions. Short walk to the play park over the road and along the Sea front.

We very much liked the staff. All of the staff were excellent. Food in the hotel was great - the ribs were fabulous. The bar was fun, breakfast good. Smiles everywhere. All good.
There was not much one could improve. That said, a fridge in room 26 would be great. In time for our next visit ! Oh! And extended WiFi. We'll be back!

A family run hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Great home cooked food and fantastic hospitality. We were on our delayed honeymoon and had booked a double room. To our surprise, we were upgraded to the honeymoon suite with a complimentary bottle of bubbly at no extra charge. We would happily revisit this lovely hotel.

The rooms were very well appointed. A lot of effort has gone into the design of the rooms and for a budget hotel it is very good. Great Power Showers.
